Terms & Conditions and Data Consent Agreement

Welcome to Panda Innovations Limited ("Panda", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions and Data Consent Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, products, and services.

By accessing or using our platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. About Panda Innovations

Panda Innovations Limited is a Tanzania-based, women-led social enterprise focused on empowering women entrepreneurs and youth through digital tools, training, and access to economic opportunities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you:

• Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms;
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent;
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner;
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Not upload false, misleading, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Collection and Use (Consent)

By using Panda's platform, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your personal and business data.

5.1 Types of Data Collected

We may collect:

• Personal information, such as name, phone number, email, gender, and age;
• Business information, such as business name, sector, and revenue data;
• Usage data, such as platform activity and engagement metrics;
• Impact data, such as income changes, employment created, and business growth.

5.2 Purpose of Data Collection

Your data may be used for:

• Delivering and improving Panda services;
• Monitoring and evaluating program impact;
• Reporting to partners, donors, and stakeholders, including Mastercard Foundation;
• Research, insights, and ecosystem development;
• Regulatory and compliance requirements.

5.3 Data Sharing

We may share your data:

• With funders, partners, and program stakeholders, in aggregated or anonymized form where possible;
• With regulatory authorities where legally required;
• With service providers supporting platform operations.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

• Modify or discontinue services at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
